Your Needlepoint is operated by Your Needlepoint LLC (Texas, USA).

When you upload a photo you confirm you own it or have the right to use it. Don't upload images you don't have rights to, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing. We may decline or remove content that violates these terms or our content guidelines.

You may use designs you create for personal, non-commercial purposes. We retain the limited rights needed to operate the service (storing, rendering, and printing your design, and displaying it to you). Designs appear in the public gallery only if you share them.

Your printed canvas is produced from the exact design you approve. Please review your proof carefully; approval confirms the design as shown.

Because every canvas is made to order, all sales are final. If your canvas arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a remake or refund.

Orders and payments are processed by Shopify. Prices are in USD and include shipping within the US.

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email support@yourneedlepoint.com with details and we'll respond promptly.

Our services are provided as-is; to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
