What we collect
Account details (email) when you sign up; photos you upload and designs you create; order details when you purchase (handled by Shopify); and basic usage data that helps us run and improve the site.
Your photos
Uploaded photos are stored privately and used only to create your canvas. They are never shared publicly and never used for advertising. Photos and AI prompts are processed by trusted service providers (including Google's AI services) solely to generate and moderate your design. We keep raw uploaded photos for up to 90 days after your order ships (or 90 days after upload if you don't order), then delete them. Your finished designs stay in your account so you can reorder.
Your designs
Designs you create are private to your account unless you choose to share them to the public gallery.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your photos or designs to train AI models.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the store: payment and order processing (Shopify), hosting and storage (Supabase), and AI generation/moderation providers. Each receives only what it needs.
Your choices
Email support@yourneedlepoint.com to request deletion of your photos, designs, or account, and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy we'll change the effective date above.
