Returns & Refunds

Your canvas is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Once production begins, we can't accept a return or exchange for a change of mind, a design you no longer want, or a size you'd rather have picked differently.

This is why we require proof approval before anything is printed. The proof shows the exact stitchable rendering — the colors, the size, and the thread palette we'll print. Please review it carefully. What you approve is what we make.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before production begins, which is generally within 24 hours of approving your proof. Email us as soon as possible and we'll stop the order if it hasn't gone to print.

If any of the following happens, we will remake your canvas or refund you in full — your choice:

• The canvas arrives damaged
• The print is defective: smearing, misregistration, missing ink, or visible print flaws
• What we printed doesn't match the proof you approved
• You received the wrong item
• Your order never arrives

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We don't ask you to ship the canvas back — a photo is enough. Remakes ship at no cost to you.

Screens and printed canvas don't render color identically, and thread color is matched to the closest available shade in our thread palette. Small variation between what you saw on screen and what arrives is normal and isn't considered a defect. If the difference is dramatic enough that the design doesn't read the way the proof did, contact us — that's a print problem, not a color-variation problem, and it's covered above.

Our canvases are designed to be stitched over. The printed image is a guide, not a finished piece. Normal characteristics of printed needlepoint canvas — visible mesh, print that sits slightly inside or across a hole, softening at the edges of shapes — are inherent to the medium and aren't defects.

Canvases are typically printed and shipped within 5–7 business days of proof approval. If we can't meet that timeline, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
